Their engineer came to our room on the 1st day and said they needed time to fix it but on the day we are out of the room for the full-day boat trip, nothing has been amended. Seems like buggy staffs shortage is a problem here. Both when you wanna commute by yourself or when you order a room service. It turns out absolutely wrong and my kids cannot take it. It’s kinda ‘not a man on the right job’ e.g., when someone in the front office pick up my food order and confirm that the dish is not for sure spicy.
Here’s the thing: The not so good: 1) A concept of letting any staff or even manager be able to pick up a phone call puts the hotel service in jeopardy. In the end, overall feeling is kinda forgettable. Stay here in Wow Ocean Front Haven during April 2022, the first time with W chain. Love it! Will definitely come back for the 3rd visit!! Recommended to book in advance as the capacity is quite small. Japanese fusion style cuisine with interesting dishes like Udon Lobster, Spicy Scallop ramen. Bathtub was huge and enough for 2 people to dip in. Enjoyed sitting by the private pool in room, and didn't really want to leave the room at all. Room is spacious and has every thing you need. It is both resistant to contamination as well as a fast-colonizing strain. The happy hour here is a must and great value both at Sip bar and Woo bar.
